Jim Wallace SVP, Pharmacy Benefit Management

Jim leads the clinical team, oversees the PBM prior authorization program, managing clinical, administrative and operational processes. Jim has created several innovative cost management programs contributing to one of the lowest trends in the industry.  Jim and his teamwork with the operations, sales, and account management teams to supports both clinical and analytical services.

 

Previous to this position, Jim spent 12 years with Immediate Pharmaceutical Services (IPS), a national pharmacy benefit management (PBM) firm out of Avon Lake, Ohio where he was instrumental in growing their PBM program by driving double-digit growth in each year.

 

Jim is a graduate of the University of Kentucky, College of Pharmacy and is a registered pharmacist.  He has devoted the last 30 years entirely to pharmacy managed care.
